If you are extending or altering your home and there are walls shared with another property, then the Party Wall Act 1996 will factor into what you do. That means working with an expert with over 20 years experience in the industry and who has been working with the Act since it was created. We offer this experience and knowledge to our customers.
We can also help with planning permission and what work falls under Permitted Development. This new system allows you to do quite a lot to your home without planning permission but there are rules. We can help you stay on the right side of them or if planning permission is needed, we can work through this with you.
